All content produced by HelpConstipation for third parties must include clear and visible credits to HelpConstipation. Additionally, any content created by third-party contributors that is published on the HelpConstipation site must also include appropriate credits to those contributors. You agree that HelpConstipation will recognize the contribution of all collaborators, ensuring proper attribution as required by the acceptance of contributions.

HelpConstipation will not be responsible for any actions or omissions by contributors that violate these Terms. You agree to act in accordance with applicable laws and not to engage in practices that may harm HelpConstipation or third parties.
6. Intellectual Property
All content created collaboratively or submitted by you will be considered a contribution to HelpConstipation. You agree that HelpConstipation owns the copyrights for any content generated under your collaboration and may use it as deemed necessary, always respecting the attribution of credits as specified in Clause 4. You guarantee that the content provided does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold HelpConstipation, its directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from any content you create or provide that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
8. Changes to the Terms
HelpConstipation reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect as soon as they are published on this page. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly.
9. Termination of Partnership
HelpConstipation reserves the right to terminate the partnership at any time if a contributor fails to comply with these Terms or acts contrary to the interests of HelpConstipation.
